At Northern NOLA, located at 222 Alexander Street in Rochester, NY, every dish is crafted with reverence for authentic Cajun and Creole heritage. Chef Kris Butler took the soul, passion, and time-honored techniques of New Orleans kitchens and brought them straight to Western New York.
We believe food shouldn't just satisfy hunger—it should evoke emotion, bring families together, and create lasting memories. From our signature 8-hour dark roux Seafood Gumbo created from Miss Tina's cherished recipe to our famous Friday Fish Fry, we never cut corners on seasoning, portion sizes, or fresh seafood.
